Frankston SES will receive a brand new Hino Heavy Rescue truck under an elected Liberal Nationals Government to make sure local volunteers are best placed to protect the local Frankston community.
The vehicle will be purchased in cooperation with the SES, together with fundraising assistance from the local community.
This new vehicle will service the needs of the growth in the Frankston area and allow SES volunteers to continue helping those in need.
While Daniel Andrews wages his war with the CFA, the Liberal Nationals are committed to backing our hardworking emergency services workers and are committed to providing the facilities and tools they need to keep Victorians safe.
Comments attributable to Shadow Minister for Emergency Services, Brad Battin:
“Frankston SES needs the best equipment possible to continue to carry out the hard work that they do on a daily basis.
“Only the Liberal Nationals back our determined SES workers. We respect them and we will give them better facilities.
Comments attributable to Liberal Candidate for Frankston, Michael Lamb:
“I am extremely pleased to join Brad Battin to announce that if elected we will provide Frankston SES with a new Heavy Rescue truck.
When I’m out in the community I continually hear from Frankston SES volunteers that they need better equipment and I can say a Liberal Nationals Government will deliver it.”
